You can find the password of any website account if the password is written in balls already which means someone used to use it and has saved the password. Its simple and can be done on any website with this programing. I will demonstrate an example on facebook cause its the most popular. As given above go to any site from where you need the password you have to get and locate the password column as show above.
Now select the text and right click it as shows in the image and click inspect element. Now a box will appear and a part of the box is shown below.
The above image shows how it will look like. Double click the word password and change it to "text". It is demonstrated below. Now its all ready. You can see the password where you saw the stars or dots before..
Its useful but don't misuse it.................
