You will have heard of sound recognition option for Windows 7 but a very less number of people try it. Many even dont know how to take speech recognition. So I decided to post about this topic. To enable sound recognition you will need to have a headset. If you dont have it then you cant do it, You will have to buy one if you want.
First go to Control Panel.There you will see an option called Ease of Access.
Select it and you will again see a page. There you will see the speech recognition option. Select it to go to the speech recognition menu.
In the next window you will see the options in which you can see an option named set up microphone. Select that option. This will lead you to anathor window.
Now select the type of device you are using. Dont just give a value but select which you are using. This detail is used to configure voice recognition to consider the voice accordingly.
Now complete the setup and return to the page we stopped at. You will see start speech recognition option. Select it, then a small gadget will appear.
Commanding is not so easy for people with a different slang. You should have an english style of UK or US engkish. It is recommended to take the Speech Tutorial.
Now speak what you wish and see the magic.
